Shipping Information

 

All products listed on our website are not held in stock at our office, unless stated specifically, and are ordered from our various suppliers and partners as orders are placed. When a product order is successfully completed, we will send you an Email & SMS notification to provide you with estimated delivery times. Should the product that you have ordered not be in stock with any of our suppliers, we will contact you explaining estimated time of arrival and offer you the option of substituting the product, placing the product on back order, or canceling that product from your order with a full refund for the product, if the product will take longer than two weeks to be delivered.

Orders will only be placed once payments reflect in our bank account. Please review our Payment Information section for more details.

Delivery Options:


Door-to-door Courier via DawnWing exclusively:

Your order will be delivered directly to your door. Please note that your order’s weight is calculated using the higher value of actual or volumetric mass for each product. The delivery rate is calculated according to the total weight of the items in your cart, the total price of the cart as well as the destination address.

NOTE:  Please provide a valid Street Address at checkout with as much notes as possible.

Collection from AVL Matrix’s offices:

You may collect your purchase directly from our office in Vredekloof, Brackenfell. There may still be an additional waiting period of 1-3 business days after placing your order before you can collect. We will send you an Email and SMS notification once your order has arrived and is ready for collection.

How long will delivery take?

Typically, we’ll get the courier to collect your order within 24 hours, if the item is in stock as noted above. All packages are fully traceable and tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been shipped.

What happens if I don’t receive my order?

All orders dispatched from our offices are guaranteed to be delivered. If your order is lost, damaged or stolen, we will either send you a replacement order or we will refund the full order to you. It’s at our sole discretion to choose whether to replace or refund the order. This is a fantastic service that we feel is absolutely essential to provide peace-of-mind to our customers.

If any parcel delivered by our couriers appears to be damaged, please be sure to verify both the contents and condition of the consignment in the presence of the courier driver. Phone us immediately if any product is damaged or missing. Liability for any shipments sent from us ends with the obtainment of a clean signature from the consignee upon delivery of the goods.
